We offer classes in several styles of yoga and at different levels. All contribute to a calmer, more focused & energised level of well-being. For information about weekly classes, please see the timetable.
Whichever classes you attend please wear suitable clothes which allow free movement. In order to be able to see that you are holding the postures correctly please do not wear very loose clothes.
Individual Tuition: If you would prefer to work more intensively, we can offer individual sessions of yoga tailored to your particular needs. For further details, including the cost, please speak to the teacher of your choice.
